Modular Focusing Unit IM-4
Accepts the CFI60-compliant L-UEPI100 universal epi-illuminator, L-EP150 epi-illuminator, and a motorized nosepiece
Load capacity: 4kg (10kg with balancer)
Distance from optical axis to mounting interface: 141mm
Coarse focusing stroke: 5.2mm/rotation
 
Modular Focusing Unit IM-3
Accepts the EPI-U universal epi-illuminator and a motorized nosepiece, which support the CF Infinity Corrected optical system
Load capacity: 4kg (8kg with balancer)
Distance from optical axis to mounting interface: 141mm
Coarse focusing stroke: 5.2mm/rotation
 
LV Focusing Modules
Nikon’s broad variety of modular units to give you greater flexibility in configuring a system best suited to your purpose.
 
– For incorporation into system: LV-IMA IM Module A (motorized), LV-IM IM Module (manual)
– For incorporation into microscope: LV-FMA FM Module A (motorized), LV-FM FM Module (manual)
– LV-IMA IM Module A and LV-IM IM Module are suitable for incorporation into systems. The position for the mounting screw holes is selectable from the back or bottom.
– LV-FMA FM Module A and LV-FM FM Module are suitable for incorporation into microscope. The position for the mounting screw holes is bottom.
– The LV-IMA IM Module A has a vertical stroke of 20mm while the LV-IM IM Module (manual) has one of 30mm.
– The LV-IMA IM Module A can be externally controlled via the LV-ECON E controller.
