After machining of precision parts, it is very often necessary to check the quality of the machining. Sometime it is to check the quality of surface finish. Some time is to check whether is there burrs on the edges of the holes. Sometime, it is the check the quality of blind hole. One of the most suitable tool that we have learnt from our experience is the Nikon SMZ745T microscope. Normally, we couple it with our own MioCam HD+ camera to get the Full HD image onto a screen. We often ask our customer whether are they familiar with the Digital microscope from Keyence such as the VHX5000 or the VHX6000. Most of our customer will say yes. Now image this. We can achieve allot of what these very expensive digital microscope can achieve but at a small fraction of the price. Some time, it can be as low as 10% of the price.
